From the second you walk in you can tell Eyes on Elm is organized, friendly, and professional. They are always prepared and immediately ready for our family when we come for our appointments. Yesterday my 10 year old wanted an initial contact visit and Sharlene went above and beyond to help my daughter properly put in and take out contacts for the first time. I was impressed with her patience and the time she took (almost 40 mins!) to make sure my child left feeling comfortable about the proper steps to successfully insert, take out, and clean contacts. Highly recommend!
